Are your instructors CRB checked and PLI covered?
YES, all our instructors require CRBs it is requested that they have it with then when they arrive and they are covered by our own Public Liability insurance.
Do you only work in term time?
No – Street Fit® is not like other suppliers, we supply both the educational and corporate sector, our workshops are available 7 days a week day time and evenings, our office is open Monday to Friday 9 -5 all year round.
How easy is your booking process?
EASY – just one call you our sales team and with our easy pricing structure will have you booked in no time. All we need is you require workshop, date, idea of times and a contact in you accounts department. Couldn’t be simpler!
Are you able to work to our timetable?
Yes, as with all elements of our workshops we can bespoke the time table to suite your needs.
How do I pay for my workshop booking?
Street Fit® accepts all major credit cards, all you need to do is call us or pay online following the simple instructions. If you would prefer we also accept BACs and Cheque payments and as we have been working nationwide for many years we are often already registered with the LEAs Accounts department.
I have not used Street Fit® before, how can I find out more about you?
We regularly update our site with the latest in workshops and services as well as comments from our previous customers, do not just take our word for it check out our testimonials to hear what others have to say.
I have a limited budget, do you offer any discounts?
Yes – if you check out our website we often have offers available.
If I wanted to book a workshop from Street Fit® would it be official?
Yes – Street Fit® are the sole provider of all Street Fit® Workshops only we have access to our officially trained Street Fit® instructors!
Can I cancel my course?
Your Street Fit Become An Instructor Course can be cancelled up to 28 days before the date the course is due to take place. A £50 Admin charge is applicable to cover the admin of preparing your packs and legal documentation. Should you choose to cancel the course inside 28 days of the course being due to take place the full course fee and license fee is applicable and no refund will be made - see T&Cs for more info.
How much does a membership cost?
The cost of our online membership is £6.60 per month taken as one annual payment of £80.00. Membership can be purchased via our shop - http://streetfit.tv/members-area
